We offer a COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH GUARANTEE for our English Jack Russell Terrier Puppies.

HEALTH: 
If at any time during your English Jack Russell Terrier puppy's first three (3) years of life, your veterinarian provides in writing, evidence that your pup suffers from a serious, hereditary or congenital defect that is life threatening or will seriously impair the pup/dog's quality of life, we will offer to you the following options:

1. Return pup/dog for a replacement. Replacement will be certain yet based upon availability. You will be placed near the front of our waiting list.

2. Keep pup/dog, spay/neuter and settle for partial refund. 

3. Keep pup, spay/neuter and receive partial or full credit (depending on situation) towards pup in the future.

HEALTHY PUPPY GUARANTEE: 
If your new English Jack Russell Terrier puppy must be seen by your vet within 10 days of his/her arrival to you due to a pre-existing, verifiable illness, you may return pup for refund of original purchase price.  We will need your veterinarian's report stating the puppy had the illness upon arrival.  You are responsible for getting this information to us within ten (10) days of diagnosis and prognosis, as well as returning the puppy to us within this same time frame.  If you have already fallen for this little bundle, want to keep him/her, and the illness is treatable, we will work together to remedy. This may include us covering 1/2 of veterinarian bills associated with illness.  Please understand that unless we okay any treatment expenses when your vet contacts us, we are not responsible for veterinary bills.  Under most circumstances concerning our guarantees, we do not cover shipping costs.

COMPATIBILITY GUARANTEE:
If your new English Jack Russell Terrier puppy is simply not what you expected, for any reason, you may return the pup to us for refund of the original purchase price, as long as pup is returned within 10 days from date he/she arrived to you.  We will of course take puppy back anytime after this - but may not offer compensation.  This will be on a case-by-case basis.  If you are returning pup after the first 10 days, we will however consider covering all shipping expenses.

SITUATIONS WE DO NOT COVER:
You will void your guarantee if any of the following occur.

Abuse or neglect.

Pregnancy or breeding your English Jack Russell Terrier pup or dog.

A condition that occurs as a result of vaccinosis (reaction to vaccines). Please understand we cannot predict which pups may have a reaction to vaccines. Some vaccines pose serious risks. If you elect to give your puppy any vaccines we do not recommend (see our vaccine page for details) your pup will no longer be covered by our guarantee. We will provide you with the vaccine list.

You do not follow our recommendations.  For example, if we have reason to believe your pup needs to be seen by your veterinarian either based on information you have provided to us or information that is brought to our attention by other means and you neglect to have your pup seen within the timeframe we recommend.

We stand behind our English Jack Russell Terrier puppies 100%.  If you have questions or concerns, we will treat you fairly and respectfully to resolve the issue.  We ask that you be open and honest in return.

Serious genetic issues typically surface in years 2-3. A one (1) year guarantee is never enough time to determine if your puppy is free from a serious genetic disease.  One year is a standard guarantee. However, it is unlikely your puppy will show any signs of a serious disease this early in life. Our three (3) year health guarantee covers you through this critical period.

Spay/Neuter Agreement
We do not allow breeding rights to English Jack Russell Terrier and do require our puppy families sign a spay/neuter agreement.
