Toomevara English Jack Russell Terriers

Naturally Reared, Raw Fed, Clicker Trained Jack Russell Puppies

Family breeder. Our puppies are raised in the heart of our home.
Our English Jack Russell Terriers are members of our family and live indoors, all the time.  They have free reign of the most active parts of our home. They each have a crate set-up with snuggly bedding in the room next to our kitchen, where they sleep at night.  We have 1/4-acre area fenced in out back, where they can run and play to their hearts content.  All of our dogs are involved in our daily lives, take car rides and trips with us, and work on training each and every day.  All of our dogs have received 3 months of formal obedience training before 6 months of age and all continue in various forms, from simple house manners to basic agility to therapy dog training and we hope to get involved with weight pulling soon with Aengus.

We are a family of 4, with six English Jack Russells and one beagle mix rescue. We have 2 boys, ages 10 & 13.  Working with and caring for our dogs is a family affair and we all take different responsibilities and have a great deal of fun on a daily basis with our furry family. Our family enjoys camping, boating and tubing, and day trips to the Maine Coast. Don refurbishes and restores antique cars and is currently working on his 1963 Chevy II.  Christopher and Joseph enjoy sports and skateboarding. Jaimee is an avid reader and enjoys amateur photography.

Our English Jack Russell Terrier puppies are raised in our home, with our children and resident dogs, using the best that science has to offer. We take great pride in raising a hearty, healthy, properly socialized puppy for you.

Jack Russells are known by many names; Irish Jack Russells, English Jack Russell Terriers, Shorty Jack Russell Terriers and "puddin" Jacks.

While our terriers are short legged Jack Russell Terriers, they are not "puddin" Jacks, as this name has become synonymous with a Jack Russell Terrier suffering from achondroplasia/dwarfism. Our terriers do not suffer from this genetic defect.
